• 01-22-2012: Meeting Minutes: General Meeting I

  Thank you to everyone who took time out to join us last Thursday in our kick-off meeting for 2012! Hope you all enjoyed it! For those of you who missed out, no worries! The meeting summary is posted below:

  - Welcome all new members of CSA!

  - DANCE MARATHON

         January 27-28

        Dance the night away with CSA in effort to raise money for the Children's Hospital. Contact an FIU CSA Eboard Member to

        sign up today!

  - Looking for ways to reduce your tuition costs?

        Visit the Latin American and Caribbean Center to learn more about out-of-state tuition waivers and how you can apply.

  - Are you ready for Conference?!

       Visit fcsaconference.com to find out what's going on for the 38th Annual FCSA Conference. Registration packets and payment 

       is also available through the website. Remember, the early you register, the more money you save! We already showed up the

       FAU Owls on the football field, now let's show them what FIU CSA is about!

  - CSA intern positions now available

       Are you interested in becoming part of the FIU CSA Eboard? Here's your chance! Learn the in and outs of what is takes to

       keep FIU CSA running from a first hand experience. We are looking for interns of every Eboard position. Applications can be

      on the CSA Orgsync page under the Forms tab listed to the left.

  - Kickback Wednesdays

       FIU CSA mixer this upcoming Wednesday, January 25 in the residence halls.

• 10-31-2011: CSA BOWLING

  CSA IS GOING BOWLING THIS SATURDAY!! COME JOIN US

  It's our 1st CSA outing of the year
  Bowling is $13 for 2hrs and includes shoe rental
  we will be carpooling its a great way to get to know your fellow CSA members and your E-Board!! 

• 10-25-2011: Dance Marathon presents "So You Think You Can Dance"

  Join the CSA team tomorrow at PC stairs "So You Think You Can Dance". Registration is only $10. Come out and support Dance Marathon. Show the what you've got. Caribbean Style!

• 09-11-2011: DANCE TROUPE!

  FIU CSA Bombsquad Auditions :

  Date: Sep 21 & 28

  Place: FIU MMC Rec (Blue Room)

  Time: 9:30pm

  Come ready to dance in the appropriate attire. You must provide your own music and have prepared a 30 second freestyle. Also be ready to learn a 3 minute routine.

• 09-09-2011: COMMUNITY SERVICE

  Anyone interested in community service, this is an opportunity for YOU. CSA has recently started working with the Miami Dade Young Democrats (A branch of the Alonzo Mourning Foundation). There will be opportunities for you to volunteer twice a month. Their upcoming event is a Domestic Violence Workshop. This is also an opportunity for you to Network , meet business owners and people with High Social Status in the Miami Dade area. If anyone is interested please contact me at ali006@fiu.edu.

• 08-25-2011: General Meeting

  CSA's first general body meeting will be held on September 1st @ 6pm at CBC Room 151.

  CBC is the College of Business Complex and it is located at the main entrance in the front of FIU.

  Cant Find CBC? No Worries!!! Come Hang Out with us before the meeting, we'll be in GC tabling, playing music & palancing !!!!

• 08-23-2011: CSO CLUB FAIR

  Hi everyone! Welcome back and for the new members welcome to CSA. Come check out the CSO club fair tomorrow in GC Ballrooms at around 11am-2pm where the theme is "Putting the Pieces Together", get to opportunity to meet the 2011-2012 E-Board. Lots of activities in store for the upcoming year. Music, people, VIBEZZ!!! Tell a friend to tell a friend !!
